Janice Alida is a distinguished international fashion model, residing in New York City. Over the span of her 10-year career, she has worked with every top designer, brand, and magazine in the world, including Vogue and ELLE, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, H&M and Zara. Janice has an ongoing, five-year partnership with the Soho Grand Hotel in New York where they lease her cookie recipe to serve daily to their VIP guests, with 100% of profits given to ACE New York—an organization serving to empower and support the homeless population toward economic independence. She and her husband, Andrew, are involved as investors in the restaurant industry in New York as well. Janice is from Vancouver, Canada.

Nikki Routley is a Senior Financial Analyst at Electronic Arts and has worked in Financial Planning and Analysis for the past 7 years. Before her role at Electronic Arts, she worked in the renewable energy sector at Schneider Electric. She earned her BBA in Finance at Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada. Nikki has a passion for connecting with others whether it is on the operational side of the business helping to reach financial goals, or finding ways to build stronger relationships. Nikki loves combining her knowledge of finance with her desire to help people through Ally. 

Philip currently serves as the National Director of Development at International Justice Mission Canada. Originally from Scotland, Philip has made Vancouver his home with his wife Louise and three children for the past sixteen years. After studying at the University of Aberdeen and later, Regent College, Philip has had a varied career in corporate risk management and pastoral ministry before moving into the charitable sector. With family roots in Kolkata, India Philip has been engaged in justice work throughout the world for much of his adult life. Having travelled widely across the world Philip is passionate about the rescue and restoration of young women and children from modern-day slavery and exploitation. This passion drives Philip to ensure that his skill and expertise serve Ally Global Foundation in order to see its projects flourish.

Tanis Jorge is a serial entrepreneur, co-founding four successful tech companies over the last two decades. From bootstrapping her earlier businesses to raising millions in investment in Silicon Valley, Tanis has built up an extensive network and checklist of skills that are necessary to launch a flourishing organization in the marketplace. Jorge's expertise in strategic planning and early-stage execution, along with her dedication to International Aid, is a valuable addition to the Ally Board.

Randy Watson

Anne's background is rooted in social justice: working for non-profit agencies that advocated for newcomers to Canada and multicultural initiatives. She developed Crime Prevention Programs for youth under the Attorney General's office in BC and loved her time in the classroom as a secondary school educator teaching Spanish. Currently, she directs the Women's Ministry at Village Church, Canada. Born and raised into a Lebanese heritage, Anne understands the challenges and beauty of being first-generation Canadian. Anne and Carlos have been married for thirteen years and are parents to Nathaniel and Hannah. 

Randy is the Executive Director and Founder of Ally. In his role, he oversees the vision and direction of the charity, focused on empowering national leaders in the countries where Ally works. An accomplished entrepreneur, Randy has founded multiple businesses and projects in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors over the last decade.

Alongside fundraising teams, Randy has raised millions for development projects in Haiti, Iraq, Uganda, Nepal and India. He’s led over 30 international volunteer teams in 14 countries. Randy has his Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM) and a Red Seal in Carpentry. Randy lives with his wife Jamie and pup Harley in Vancouver.
